Sonia Wrigley
Hi my name is Sonia. I am 50
I am a widow, I lost my husband in early 2021 - we had been together for nearly 34 years.
I am a mum to three girls all adults and I have a son who is still at school. Three of my children have disabilities.
I am also have a step granddaughter two granddaughters and a grandson.
I also foster children and have been fostering for over 25yrs
My family are my world.
I gave my life to the Lord as a teenager then spent about 10 years running from my faith. God stayed with me even when I felt alone and looking back he guided me back into relationship with him. I started worshipping at Mills Hill Baptist church just over 7 years ago and it felt like coming home. I wasn’t brought up in a church family so I have grown in faith small steps at a time and sometimes I stubble but Gods grace picks me up and shows me my path.
I became a deacon just over 4 years ago and love serving the Lord and the church this way.
